ABOUT

KINDRED SOUND grew out of years spent writing, producing, and collaborating across feature films, television, artist projects, and production music.

As composers and producers, we’ve experienced music from many perspectives—scoring films, building artist projects, writing for production music libraries, and collaborating with talented musicians and composers. Along the way, we discovered that the music with the longest life is rarely created by chasing trends or briefs. It begins with an idea worth exploring, an emotion worth expressing, or a story worth telling.

Kindred Sound is the result of that belief.

Rather than simply creating individual tracks, we set out to build thoughtfully crafted albums—each with its own creative identity, visual language, and emotional purpose. Some projects begin with a documentary in mind. Others explore cinematic tension, modern electronic soundscapes, Americana, or intimate human stories. Together, they form a growing catalog designed to serve filmmakers, editors, and storytellers while remaining true to the artists who create it.

Today, Kindred Sound serves as the creative home for our music and a growing circle of collaborators. Through trusted relationships with publishers, music libraries, and industry partners, our goal is simple: create meaningful music and help it find the stories it was meant to serve.

We believe great production music is built the same way great records are—around a clear creative vision. By building albums with intention and partnering with the right publishers and creative teams, we’re creating a catalog designed to grow for years to come.
