“Kindred Brothers” Bio

For the past three years every Friday night from 5:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., the “Kindred Brothers” have been playing to a packed house and the audience still continues to attend with an obvious enthusiasm for the music.

With almost one hundred and fifty years combined music-playing experience, the members of the band work together like a fine-tuned Swiss watch.

All three members have played throughout Ontario in the sixties, and during the seventies Peter and Dave based out of Halifax, have toured the Maritime Provinces. Peter, Dave and Vic have shared the stage with many artists such as Dutch Mason, Kenny Tobias, Charlie Clark from the Bells, Bobby Vinton, Bobby Cortolla, Frank MacKay, as well as fronting for the Guess Who. This is a short list of the many performers with whom they have shared the stage.

During the year 2005, the Kindred Brothers have played for a variety of organizations; Family Community Services, Jacques Whitford, Canadian Bar Association and the Saint John Arts Center to name a few.
